We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates, available methods, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Once an order ships, it can no longer be edited from the order page. If you need help after shipment, review the return options available for the order or contact support.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the item, the order status, and the fulfillment stage.
To review the available return options for an order, sign in to your account, open Orders & Returns, and choose the order you want to manage.
If Fullcart Credit is available as a return resolution, the exact credit details are shown in the return flow before you confirm that option.
Missing or Lost Package
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check nearby doors, mailrooms, lockers, and anyone who may have accepted it for you.
The carrier tracking link is the most current package status we have access to.
If the package still cannot be located after those checks, contact support with your order details.
